My primary research focus lies at the intersection of systems usability engineering and human factors. I aim to research and design human-centered and accessible technologies/systems across various fields, including public health, healthcare, manufacturing, automotive/transportation, cyber-physical work systems, consumer products, and education. I am also interested in identifying the impact of adopting new technologies on organizations from a socio-technical and human factors lens.
