Mentoring Students Research

Mentoring Philosophy

My mentoring philosophy focuses on involving students in all aspects of design and research methods while integrating an Entrepreneurial Mindset (EM). I adopted mentoring strategies that emphasize EM principles, fostering a curiosity-driven approach and student ownership of projects. I ensure consistent mentoring through clear communication, regular progress reporting, and defined expectations. This approach helps students create value and develop leadership skills. Below are selected projects in usability engineering, human factors, and user experience that I mentored and collaborated on with students.
